$15.50++ Seeking a reliable receptionist with A/P Experience! – Tustin

Small office in Irvine/Tustin is looking for a receptionist who can handle accounts payable duties 1-2 times per week. Looking for someone who can make a commitment to the company; their current employee has just been promoted! Need someone who is very professional and clear over the phone.

Basic Purpose: This position performs accounting support for finance and administration and communicates with customers, and supplier. The functions of this job include accounting activities such as preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Duties also include greeting vendors, customers, and other visitors, and operating the switchboard to route incoming calls. The candidate for this position must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field. Will also greet customers, direct phone calls, maintain office supplies, etc.
